About Me

I have 20+ years as a creative in the agency world. I know about the rollercoaster ride you’re on. And when being stressed outweighed the thrills, I made an investment in myself to let go and get in touch with my purpose. I realized the power of owning my stories, and woke up to the awareness that vulnerability is my – and your – most accurate measure of courage. I now live the value of truly showing up in my life. 

That perspective, my experience and extensive coach training lets me create the structure for you to connect with your inner badass – the one who wants to rock out in the world. Even though I haven’t met you yet – I know it’s totally possible for you.
